Transforming a 36-story high-rise condo built in 1972 into a luxurious and contemporary space was our main goal for this renovation project. Situated on the 3rd floor amidst towering buildings, the homeowners desired a bright and airy atmosphere, leading us to focus on a color palette of whites and other light hues. Despite the challenges of obtaining HOA approval and limited working hours, we successfully completed the entire condo renovation on time. The result is a sleek and sophisticated living space that perfectly complements its urban surroundings.
